Staying at the main building on the top floor felt like staying in a grand villa with exclusive access to the rooftop swimming pool and BBQ area. The size of the room exceeded our expectations at 8,000 sq feet, but the cleanliness upon arrival was not ideal.

The hotel rooms are the largest I've ever seen, nice size, each with their own bathroom & shower, palatial and beyond expectations in size, facilities, and the wonderful ocean view. The service is kind and courteous for the most part but needs better training for a 5-star property. The location is quiet yet convenient, requires a short walk to reach it, not directly at the beach but the front desk arranges easy transportation to the beach and nearby 5-star properties. The dining experience is great with a full menu and buffet, daily fresh juices, and made-to-order dishes. The facilities are top-notch, offering room service, dry cleaning, laundry, airport shuttle, valet parking, and a free shuttle service. However, the language barrier can be challenging, and the pricing could be more value for money.
I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were nothing short of beautiful and spacious, ranging from luxurious large bathrooms and tubs to a stunning 3 bedroom upgraded to a magnificent 4 bedroom oceanview pool suite, facing the mesmerizing pool and the sea. The service was outstanding, with everything we needed catered to promptly, including a fabulous massage selection and great advice on the best options. The location, ideal for a quiet getaway, sat on a hill overlooking Kamala beach with a convenient free shuttle to the beach. The dining experience surpassed expectations with a delightful array of local and international treats, including the best gluten-free bread for my Celiac friend. This hotel truly offers a luxurious retreat for families seeking a private pool residence.
